The Monticello Lions Club is a volunteer organization made up of over 100 people who devote and volunteer their free time to making an impact in our community. This is a 100% non-profit fundraiser to support those efforts and we thank you for being part of our day!



What to know before the event | 

  • We provide a 6 ft table per 10 ft booth space and have limited plain white tents, but recommend you bring your own (no tubs or chairs provided)

  • You will have a specific vendor entrance location where we will load equipment in gators and golf carts to bring you to your spot

  • Please avoid driving into the park if at all possible, but we understand this may be necessary. Please let us know in advance to plan

  • Your complete and accurate sample list is to be submitted as soon as you can and must be in no less than 10 days before the event to receive the $50 stipend boost - A quick sample list submission form can be found and filled out at bottom of this page for your convenience

  • When you check in as a general admission vendor, you will receive up to 4 vendor wristbands and up to 4 sampling mugs for your staff

  • When you check in as a general and VIP vendor, you will receive up to 6 vendor wristbands and up to 6 sampling mugs for your staff

Day of Event |

  • Arrive between 11:00AM - 2:00 PM to set up your booth; Be ready to serve (set up) by no later than 2:30 PM to ensure a smooth event

  • Bring your vehicle to vendor check-in so you we can help you unload and deliver to your booth (refer to map below)

  • VIP only is let in at around 2:30 pm to a dedicated space by the food but should not be at your booth before 3pm

  • DO NOT serve attendees until 3:00 PM - Per liquor license, we cannot serve before

  • Ice will be distributed starting @ 1:30 PM. If ice is needed sooner, let us know when getting dropped off at your booth

  • You will be assigned Lions staff to help with anything you need during the event and after to cleanup, don’t be shy!

  • Our #1 goal is a safe experience - If you feel someone has been overserved, please inform event staff and we will handle it immediately

After Event |

  • Stop serving attendees at 7:00PM sharp, per the rules of our liquor license

  • Cleanup - Lions will have side-by-sides and golf carts to help get you and your gear back to your vehicles.

  • We will determine the appropriate time to start running carts based on our ability to safely operate them within the park

  • Work with your assigned Lion for any additional needs at this time


Friendly Competition Amongst Brewers/Vendors | 

  • An award will be given to the attendee-voted favorite brewer and potentially favorite specialty vendor! (subject to total vendor count)

  • Each guest will receive a voting ticket upon their entry into the event. They are to drop it in the voting growler placed at your booth

  • Please use the growler we provide as they are numbered specifically to your booth

  • Vendor wristband colored tickets will not be counted

  • Share product details with event guests and encourage them to vote for you!

  • Lions staff will come and collect growers with tickets between 6:15 and 6:30 PM; Winner announcement estimated @ 6:50PM

VIP Brewer Details & Expectations | 

  • Must be a returning vendor from one of the last 3 events to be eligible

  • We request that you staff appropriately for the time slot assigned and have enough product to support 250+ 4 oz. samples

  • We request that a unique and special brew is made for VIP, not found in GA and not released to GA once time slot expired

  • You are welcome to remain in VIP to run through any VIP product remaining after time slot but not required

  • $100 brew bonus added to stipend for participation and adherence to the requests above

  • Time Slots will be 1 hour per brewer, 4 brewers from 3-4PM, 3 brewers from 4-5PM, and 3 brewers from 5-6PM

  • If you have a request for a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee

  • Original Monticello Lions Brewfest VIP brewers have first right of refusal each year, until a year is missed

  • Remaining slots will be randomized for selection among all interested vendors each year
